The Mill at Conder Green Wedding

We were recently at The Mill at Conder Green for the wonderful wedding of Charlotte and James. and what a day it was!

The day started off with bridal prep and Charlotte being back at her parents house the morning of her wedding.

While Charlotte and the girls were getting ready and having their hair and make up done by the awesome Betsy Wallbank and Hannah Brearton the boys were round the corner at James and Charlotte’s doing a quick change before the church ceremony. James, the ever so thoughtful groom had sent a beautiful gift pack for Charlotte to open in the morning with a sweet picture book of their time together so far along with some gorgeous jewelry.

After all the chaos of bridal prep we rocked up to Christ Church in Lancaster swiftly followed by Charlotte in her wedding camper van which looked super cool arriving at the church.

With James waiting on his bride you could see the emotion and nerves on his face as Charlotte was accompanied down the aisle.

Wedding Reception at The Mill At Conder Green

After a few pictures at Ashton Memorial and a short drive we were straight into the drinks reception at The Mill at Conder Green. With guests milling around and taking in the scenery we took a quick 20 minute break before the wedding breakfast to get Charlotte and James some alone time and head up to the canal side for some portraits then it was in for the wedding breakfast and speeches.

As the speeches drew to a close one of our favourites, Pat Mulligan began to set up for the evening party.

Kicking off with an incredible outdoor first dance in the golden evening sun.
