Styal Lodge Wedding - Sara and Rhys

Styal Lodge Wedding Photography and Videography

It shouldn’t come as a surprise how much we love working at Styal Lodge. Having worked here a good few times over the last few years it’s always fun to head back and work with the team at Styal and Sara and Rhys’ wedding day was no exception. Set in the peaceful National Trust village of Styal this bespoke family run wedding venue is a gem in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

Bridal Prep at Styal Lodge

Starting early with bridal prep in the prep room at Styal Lodge we caught up with Sara and her maid of honour and got to work with the amazing Emily Sewell and Rebecca Forster. It was such a calm and chilled environment and would set the mood for the rest of the day.

While in bridal prep Jill Naughton of JN Flowers got to work on the venue decoration and delivering a beautiful boquet

Styal Lodge Wedding Ceremonies

Moving into the ceremony the venue looked amazing and we could see Rhys feeling a little nervous ahead of his brides arrival and the wedding ceremony. Ceremony underway and filled with emotion Rhys and Sara tied the knot in front of all their friends and family.

After the ceremony we moved outside for a few family formals and the drinks reception where guests were able to mingle and enjoy the surroundings of Styal Lodge in the glorious sunshine.

Styal Lodge Portraits and Party

One of our favourite parts of working at Styal Lodge is the little golf buggy ride out to the lake for portraits. A little hidden spot away from guests for five minutes perfect for portraits.

After returning from the lake it was time for speeches where Rhys’s Dad, a surprise speech from Sara’s mum, Rhys and Carwyn took to the floor to entertain guests with incredible speeches filled with emotion and a few little hilarious moments and then it was time to take to the dancefloor and party the night away.

Congratulations to Sara and Rhys and thank you so much for having us!
