Weddings at Wyresdale Park

At the start of 2025, we were honoured to capture the wedding of Danielle & Mike! Here is a little write up of the day as well as some photos from their gallery!

Nestled in the picturesque countryside of Lancashire, Wyresdale Park offers a truly enchanting setting for weddings, and it was here that we recently had the pleasure of capturing Darrielle and Mike's special day. This unique venue in Scorton is brimming with charm and features a variety of stunning spaces to host a memorable wedding.

The couple spent the morning exchanging gifts for one another, a really thoughtful moment and Mike was blown away by a new watch!

Wyresdale Park Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony took place in Wyresdale Park’s rustic Barn, which boasts exposed beams, stone walls, and twinkling fairy lights that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. The natural light streaming through the large windows provided the perfect backdrop for our photography, highlighting the pure joy of Darrielle and Mike as they exchanged vows surrounded by their loved ones.

Planning your Wyresdale Park Wedding

Post-ceremony, the celebrations moved to The White Barn—a versatile space ideal for dining and dancing. It was here that we captured the couple's first dance under the ambient glow of the chandeliers, their happiness radiating through every frame. The barn's neutral palette allowed the couple's personalized decor to stand out beautifully, adding a touch of individuality to the photographs and video footage.

The speeches were so emotional! Mike shared some of his favourite memories of their lives together and gave the most heartfelt speech! A few tears were definitely shed.

Then a surprise happy birthday sing-a-long for Darielle’s 86 year old grandad - what a treat!

Wyresdale Park also offers access to serene outdoor spaces, including a tranquil lake and lush gardens. These picturesque surroundings were perfect for capturing candid moments of Darrielle and Mike as they strolled hand-in-hand, their laughter carrying on the gentle breeze.

Our experience at Wyresdale Park confirmed why it remains a beloved choice for couples. Its blend of rustic charm and elegance provides a stunning canvas for wedding photography and videography, allowing us to create timeless memories for Darrielle and Mike that they will treasure forever.
