We’re Nik (photos) and Kieran (film), a wedding photographer and videographer team based in Bolton, Greater Manchester, a short hop from Manchester Airport. Booking one team for your photography and videography abroad means one booking, one plan, and a gallery and film that tell the same story. No juggling suppliers you’ve only ever met over email.

How a destination wedding with us works

  1. Tell us when and where. Send us your date and destination through our contact form.

  2. Get your quote. Our Photo & Film package (£3000) plus flights and accommodation, priced for your wedding before you book, so there are no surprises later.

  3. Secure your date. A £500 deposit holds your date, and the balance is due the month before the wedding.

  4. Plan it together. We go through timings, locations, sunset times and any local rules over a video call, or over a brew if you’re nearby.

  5. We arrive early. We get there in good time to scout the venue and find the best light.

  6. Relive it at home. 400+ hand-edited images and your film, delivered within 8–10 weeks, just like a UK wedding.

  • Coverage from 2.5 hours before the ceremony until after the first dance

  • Drone footage, where local rules and the venue allow

Welcome party coverage

The drinks or meal the night before, when everyone has just landed and is buzzing to be there. These are often the most relaxed photos of the whole trip.

Day-after shoot

No timeline, no rush, no guests. Just the two of you in your wedding outfits (or not), somewhere stunning nearby, at the best time of day for light. Perfect for Santorini sunsets.

Destination wedding FAQs

How much does a destination wedding photographer and videographer cost?

Our Photo & Film package is £3000, the same as for a UK wedding, plus flights, accommodation and local transport. We quote all of it up front, so you know the full cost before you book.

Do we have to pay for your travel?

Yes. Travel, accommodation and local transport are added to your quote at the start. If your venue has rooms for suppliers, that can bring the cost down.

Which countries do you cover?

Anywhere. We’ve shot weddings in Greece and Malta, and we’re happy to travel across Europe and beyond.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can, especially for summer weekends. Once your date and venue are confirmed, it’s worth getting in touch, as flights are usually cheaper the earlier we book too.

Can you fly a drone at our venue abroad?

Drone rules vary by country and venue. We check the local regulations before the day and fly wherever it’s allowed.
